The Copernicus Atmospheric Monitoring Services (CAMS) provide continuous information and data on the composition of the atmosphere. The service describes the current situation, provides forecasts a few days ahead and analyses retrospective data records for recent years.
Copernicus core services
Dedicated to monitoring and forecasting the Earth’s health state, the Copernicus core services cover six main thematic domains. The services are provided to users free of charge.
The aim of the Copernicus Climate Change service is to build a European knowledge base in support of adaptation and mitigation policies. The service will provide access to information for monitoring and predicting climate change such as climate indicators and climate indices for both the identified climate drivers and the expected climate impacts.
